                                     Rajastan machi ki sulae




Ingredients:


1.Fish-1/2 kg
2.Small onion-50gm
3.geera powder-1spoon
4.Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
5.Corriender leaves-1 cup
6.Chilli powder-1 spoon
7.Garlic-3
8.kachri powder-1/2 spoon
9.Oil & ghee.

Method :

1.Take a pan & heat the ghee & add the onion in it.Fry till it became brown.
   Take the onion away from the pan.
2.In the same ghee fry the garlic & take it away from the pan.
3.Now grind the fried onion & garlic.
4.Take a pan with oil & fry geera & Corriender leaves & grind them along with the
   other powders,the onion-garlic paste & salt.
5.Apply this over the fish & leave it aside for 1/2 an hour & fry them
   in the dosai thava.
